West Bend Dijon Rye Bread [abm] Recipe

Yield: 1 1/2lb loaf

Ingredients:
1 cup: Water [80 deg],
1 tbsp: Veg oil,
2 tbsp: Molasses,
1/4 cup: Dijon mustard,
1 3/4 cup: All purpose flour,
3/4 cup: Whole wheat flour,
3/4 cup: Medium rye flour,
1 tsp: Instant coffee,
1 tsp: Salt,
2 tsp: Active dry yeast,

Directions:
Add water, oil, molasses and mustard to the bread pan. Add flours,
coffee and salt to the pan. Level the dry ingredients. Make a small
well and add the yeast. Program the machine for basic mode not whole
wheat.
