Grapes (cold Pack) Recipe

Ingredients:
Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.04
Directions:
Remove from stem. Wash grapes. Pack tightly into clean jars without
crushing. Fill to within 1 1/2 inches of top of jar with medium
syrup (1 c. sugar to 2 c. water). Put on cap, screwing band tight.
Process 20 minutes in boiling water bath, or in pressure canner 8
minutes at 5 pounds pressure.

1/4 c Vinegar
1/4 c Water
1/8 c Sugar
3 Whole cloves
1" piece of stick cinnamon
2 pt Grapes (remove from stems)
Make a syrup of the vinegar, water, sugar and spices. Bring to the
boiling point and add the grapes which have been thoroughly washed.
Simmer 5 minutes. Pack grapes and syrup into clean jars to within
1/2 inch of top pof jar. Put on cap, screwing the band tight.
Process 10 minutes in water bath.
