Ingredients:
1 1/2 POUND: LOAF, 1 pound
2 tsp: Active dry yeast, 1 1/2 ts
3 1/2 tsp: Sugar, 2 1/2 ts
1/4 cup: Chopped ham pieces, 3 tb
1/2 cup: Grated Swiss cheese, 1/4 c
2 1/2 tbsp: Dehydrated minced onion 5 ts,
3/4 cup: Grated cheddar cheese, (1/2 c
1 1/2 tsp: Paprika, 1 ts
2 1/2 tbsp: Grated parmesan cheese 5 ts,
1 tsp: Dry mustard, 1/2 ts
1/2 tsp: Salt, 1/4 ts
2 1/2 cup: Bread flour, 1 3/4 c
2 1/2 tbsp: Butter, 5 ts
7 ounce: Warm milk, 4 1/2 oz

Directions:
NOTES: For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 tsp yeast for the 1 1/2 pound
loaf. This bread has a high liquid content, so the top may fall during
baking. Use a light crust setting. The crust will be somewhat darker than
usual, due to the fresh cheese in the recipe.
