Grape-wine Salad Recipe

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:
2 package: Gelatin, unflavored
1/2 cup: Water, cold
3/4 cup: Water, boiling
1/4 cup: Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
1 cup: Sugar,
2 cup: Wine, dry white
6: Peach halves,
1/4 lbs: Grapes, white seedless

Directions:
Soften gelatin in cold water and dissolve in boiling water. Add lemon
juice, sugar, and wine. Spoon a layer of gelatin in bottom of a
chilled 9" mold. Press peach halves around bottom and place a small
cluster of grapes in center. Chill until almost set. Combine
remaining grapes with gelatin and spoon over peach halves. Chill
until firm. Unmold.
