Homemade Velvet Fudge Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Powdered Sugar,
1 cup: Evaporated Milk,
1/2 cup: Margarine or Butter,
1 tbsp: Corn Syrup,
1 cup: Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips,
1 tsp: Vanilla,

Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except vanilla. Cook over
medium heat until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Reduced heat
to low; cook 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir
in vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream or dessert. Cover; store in
refrigerator.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: In medium microwave-safe bowl, combine all
ingredients except vanilla; mix well. Microwave on HIGH (100% power)
for 4

to 6 minutes or until mixture begins to bubble, stirring twice
during cooking. Microwave on DEFROST (30% power) for 3 to 4 minutes,
stirring once halfway through cooking. Stir in vanilla.

Makes 2 2/3 cups.
