Boston Corn Chowder Recipe

Ingredients:
6 slice: Bacon, diced
440 gram: Corn kernels, 2 small tins
1 large: Onion, finely chopped
3 cup: Chicken stock, 750ml
1 cup: Cream (250ml), fresh
1 tsp: Sugar,
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
1: Bay leaf,

Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, cook onions until soft. 2. Combine all
ingredients except bacon & cream. 3. Simmer for 15 minutes. 4.
Meanwhile sautee diced bacon, until cooked 5. Add cream & diced bacon
- serve
