Crunchy Baked Ham Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Ham, cooked, cubed
1/4 cup: Onion, chopped
1 cup: Celery, chopped
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
3/4 cup: Mayonnaise,
1 1/2 tsp: Mustard, prepared
1/2 cup: Olives, pimiento-stuffed;
ds Pepper,
-chopped,
1 cup: Potato chips, crushed
2: Eggs, hard-cooked; chopped
Directions:
Combine first 9 ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly
greased 8" square baking dish; top with potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees
for 20 to 25 minutes.
