1 Recipe: cooked Date Granola,
1/2 tsp: Ground cinnamon, 2.5 ml
6 tbsp: Egg substitute, 90 ml
1 dash: Ground nutmeg,
1/4 cup: Fruit juice, peach, white
1 tbsp: Margarine, melted, 15 g
-grape, apple, or orange
Butter-flavored cooking,

Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Combine all ingredients; pat into a
9-inch (23 cm square nonstick baking pan lightly sprayed with cooking
spray. Press down firmly. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into 2-inch (5
cm) squares. Cool.
Makes 16 bars.
