Gingered Turnips Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Turnips, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup: Beef stock,
1/2 tsp: Sugar,
1/2 tsp: Ground ginger,
2 tsp: Soy sauce,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, simmer until turnips are
tender (15 minutes). Drain, mash until fluffy, adding cooking liquid
