Monterey Penne Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Red or green pepper,
4 cup: Hot cooked penne pasta,
-cut in julienne strips,
-drained,
-, or Both
1 cup: Monterey jack cheese,
1 cup: Quartered, fresh mushrooms
-shredded,
1: Onion, coarsely chopped
Directions:
Place veggies and 2 tbsp water in a covered microwaveable dish. Cook on
high for 4-5 minutes. Drain veggies and toss with pasta and cheese. Makes
2 servings.
