Nectarine Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Nectarines, pitted & cubed
1 tbsp: Cider Vinegar,
1/2 cup: Sweet Red Pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 cup: Green Onions, thinly sliced
1/8 tsp: Black Pepper, ground
1/4 cup: Vegetable Oil, or LESS
Leaf Lettuce,
2 tbsp: Lime Juice,
Directions:
Combine nectarines, red pepper and onions in a small bowl. Whisk together
oil, lime juice, wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over nectarine
mixture. Refrigerate. Mound on lettuce to serve.
