Oriental Burgers Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Very lean ground beef,
1/4 tsp: Ground ginger,
1: Egg white,
1 tsp: Grated lemon peel,
1 tbsp: Soy sauce,
1 tbsp: Minced onion flakes,
1/4 tsp: Garlic powder,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, shape into 4 patties. Place on rack in broiler pan
or grill. cook 3 inches from heat about 5 minutes per side, or until done
to taste.
