Panfried Pork Chops - Mix & Match Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Pork loin chops*,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
2 tsp: Olive oil,
Directions:
*boneless, 3/4" thick, about 3 ounces each. Pat chops dry with paper
towels. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides, pressing to adhere.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove from
heat and tilt pan to coat bottom with oil. Return to medium-high
heat, add chops and cook 3 minutes per side until browned. Continue
cooking 30 seconds to 1 minue per side or just until meat is barely
pink at center. Remove to dinner plates or a platter. Prepare Mix &
Match sauce in same skillet, first removing any fat left in pan.
