Swiss Potato Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Prepared instant mashed,
Potatoes,
4 ounce: Shredded Swiss cheese,
1/2 cup: Hellmanss mayonnaise,
1/4 cup: Minced onion, fresh
1: Egg, slightly beaten

Directions:
In mixing bowl combine all ingredients and beat until well mixed.
Spoon into a 9 inch buttered pie plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 400
degrees or until puffed and golden brown. Randy Rigg
