Dilled Onions Recipe

Ingredients:
2 each: Pearl onions 1-lb jars drained,
1 cup: Sugar,
2 cup: Cider vinegar,
2 tsp: Red pepper flakes,
2 tsp: Caraway seeds,
24 each: Black peppercorns,
2 tsp: Salt,
4 tbsp: Dill fresh and snipped fine,
Directions:
Place drained onions in to 2 each 1-qt jars. Combine the vinegar,
sugar, herbs, salt, & spices in a sauce pan. Brinmg to aboil then
pour over the onions. Seal jar tightly, cool to romm temparature.
Refrigerate for 2-4 weeks then you may open them to be served. Very
good with vodka, beer, or as a compliment for a salad. Origin: Olena
