Egg Bread (machine) Recipe

Ingredients:
HITACHI,
5/8 cup: Tap water,
2 large: Eggs,
3 cup: All purpose flour,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 tbsp: Sugar,
1 1/2 tbsp: Butter,
1 1/2 tsp: Dry yeast,
Directions:
This menu can not be used on delay timer, or BREAD RAPID cycle. Place
ingredients in pan according to manufacturers directions. Press
start. **MY NOTE** The original recipe called for 4-1/2 tbsp of
sugar. I tried it that way and the bread came out yeasty smelling,
short, crust was burnt, and the top had a blowout. I tried it again
but cut the sugar down to what is listed, and it came out perfect.
