Eggs On Savory Bed Recipe

Ingredients:
1 medium: Onion, chopped
1 each: Green pepper, minced
Buttered crumbs,
6 each: Eggs,
3 tbsp: Butter or butter substitute,
Salt and pepper,
Directions:
Brown onion and green pepper in butter. Pour into shallow, well-oiled
baking dish. Break eggs. Place on top of mixture. Add seasonings.
Cover with crumbs. Place in pan of warm water. Bake in moderate oven
