Tortellini And Artichoke Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
9 ounce: Cheese-stuffed tortellini,
6 ounce: Marinated artichoke hearts -,
1/2: Green pepper, chopped
1/2: Red pepper, chopped
2 tbsp: Mayonnaise,
1 tbsp: Dijon mustard,
1 tbsp: Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp: Dried basil, (or 2 t. fresh)
1 tsp: Dried parsley, (or 2 t. fres
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:

Cook tortellini; rinse and drain well. Toss with the marinated artichoke
hearts and the peppers. Combine remaining ingredients, including reserved
artichoke liquid, and toss with tortellini.
