Tuna & Egg Salad Recipe

Yield: 2 sandwiches

Ingredients:
1 large: Hard-boiled egg, cooled
1/2 tsp: Freshly ground pepper,
-finely chopped,
1 tbsp: Chives, fresh minced
1 can: Solid white tuna, in water
Bibb or Boston Lettuce,
-drained,
1 medium: Tomato, diced
2 tbsp: Low-cal mayo,
Pita bread,

Directions:
Mix with fork until well blended. Serve tuna-and-egg mixture into pita
pocket topped with bitesize pieces of tender bibb or boston lettuce and 1
