Ingredients:
6 each: Hard-cooked eggs,
2 cup: Medium white sauce,
6 slice: Toast,
Salt and pepper,
Paprika,

Directions:

Chop egg whites. Combine with white sauce. Season to taste. Heat
thoroughly. Pour over toast. Pile sieved egg yolks lightly over top.
