Korean Style Barbecue Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 T: Ginger, grated
3 Cloves: garlic, diced
1: Red chili pepper,
1/4 cup: Salad oil, sesame seed oil
2 T: Sake, Japanese wine
2 T: Sugar, more if needed
1/2 cup: Shoyu,
Directions:
Mix all above ingredients in order in a bottle and shake well. Leave
in icebox overnight. This sauce can be used with short ribs, chicken,
teriyaki etc.
