Ingredients:

Directions:
5 lb Pork, coarse ground 2 T Salt 1 1/2 t Pepper 1 t
Marjoram 3 ea Garlic cloves, fine chopped 1 c Water

Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing. To cook,
cover partially and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
