Roasted Peppers With Mozzarella & Basil Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large: Peppers,
1 tbsp: Olive oil,
2/3 Cloves: of Garlic,
1/3 tsp: Balsamic Vinegar,
50 gram: Mozzarella Cheese,
2 large: Basil leaves,
Seasoning,

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7. Brush the halved and seeded
peppers with oil inside and out. Place on a baking sheet and bake
for
10 minutes. Turn over and bake for 10 minutes more, until the
skins are
lightly charred.

2. Combine the remaining oil, garlic and vinegar, pour over the cooked
peppers an dcool.

3. Just before serving, place the mozarella and a basil leave into
each
pepper half and season.
