Salsa Satanica (satans Seafood Sauce- Brazil) Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Butter,
1/2 cup: Ketchup,
1 tbsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1 tbsp: Crushed onion,
1 tbsp: Tarragon vinegar,
1/2 tsp: Garlic salt,
2 tsp: Bottled hot sauce -OR- Salsa de Habanero,
1/4 cup: Brandy,
Directions:
...a surprisingly spicy sauce that is served in Buenos Aires
restaurants and is also called fishermans sauce. Serve it over any
kind of seafood.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the ketchup, Worcestershire
sauce, onion, vinegar, garlic salt, and hot/habanero sauce. Simmer
for 5 minutes. Add the brandy and simmer 5 more minutes. Remove from
heat and cool.
