Stuffed Onions "farshovana Chebyalya" Recipe

Ingredients:
6 each: Onions large & mild,
1 1/2 cup: Cucumbers peeled & chopped,
3 cup: Tomatos fresh & chopped,
6 each: Eggs hard boiled & chopped,
Salt & pepper to taste,
3 cup: Mayonaise,
2 T: Cider vinegar,

Directions:
Peel onions. remove the insides leaving an onion cup of 3-4 layers.
Chop the inner onion portions and mix well with the tomatos, vinegar,
& cucumbers. Mix in the mayonaise egg and the salt & pepper. Stuff
the onion cups with this mixture. Top with a dollop of sour cream and
serve. You may make this in advance and serve chilled. ORIGIN:
