Tex-mex Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:
6 large: Eggs,
1/2 cup: Heavy cream,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Fresh ground black pepper,
1: , (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
4 ounce: Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Beat eggs, cream, salt and pepper in medium-size bowl until smooth.
Stir in chopped chilies. Sprinkle cheese over bottom of lightly
greased shallow baking dish; pour egg mixture over cheese. Bake in
preheated 325 degree oven 25 minutes or until set. Broil briefly to
brown top if desired. Other vegetables may be added (onion,
mushrooms, etc.).
