Home Smoked Sausage (kolbasy)--czech Recipe

Ingredients:
10 lbs: Ground beef,
3 lbs: Ground pork,
1 small: Clove garlic,
1/4 ounce: Chili powder,
1/3 ounce: Caraway seed,

Directions:
Salt and ppeper to taste. Mix all ingredients half an hour, stuff into
casings; hang up on pole and smoke for 18 hours.
