No Fat, No Salt Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
4 ounce: Egg Beaters or egg substitut,
1 cup: Nonfat sour cream,
1/4 cup: Nonfat dry milk,
2 cup: Skim milk,
2/3 cup: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Vanilla extract,
1/4 tsp: Lemon or almond extract,

Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until
sugar and milk have dissolved and mixture is smooth. Chill in the
refrigerator until ready to freeze. Pour into the ice cream maker and
follow the manufacturers insturctions for freezing.

watching there cholesterol and can be served with fresh strawberries,
peaches or raspberries.
