Quick N Easy Minestrone Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Olive oil,
1/2 small: Head green cabbage, shredded,
1 cup: Chopped onions,
9 ounce: Frozen Italian green beans,
10 ounce: Frozen Lima beans,
10 ounce: Frozen sliced carrots,
16 ounce: Can coarsely chopped tomatoes,
16 ounce: Can Cannellini beans, pureed
2 cup: Water,
2 t: Dried basil,
x Black pepper, to taste,

Directions:
In a large casserole, heat the oil until hot. Stir in the cabbage and
onions; saute over medium-high heat until cabbage is wilted, 8 to 10
minutes.
Add the green beans, lima beans and carrots. Pour in the tomatoes
juice>. Add the cannellini beans, water, basil, and pepper. cover and
bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer for 30 minutes.
