Spicy Dry-rubbed Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Paprika,
2 tsp: Salt,
2 tsp: Onion powder,
2 tsp: Garlic powder,
2 tsp: Dried whole thyme,
2 tsp: Dried whole oregano,
1/2 tsp: Ground red pepper,
1/4 tsp: Ground black pepper,
4 each: 1lb slabs baby back pork rib,
Vegetable oil/cooking spray,
Hickory BBQ Sauce, see recp
Directions:
Combine ingredients, stirring well. Rub paprika mixture evenly on all
surfaces on ribs. Place ribs in a covered container and refrigerate one to
24 hours.
This recipe is best used on a smoker or bar-b-que grill.
Cook 3hrs in a smoker, or until ribs are tender.
