Ingredients:
2: Pork hearts,
4: Pork kidneys,
1 lbs: Liver,
4 1/2 lbs: Shoulder roast,
1: Bell pepper,
3: Onions,
4 cup: Cooked rice,
Salt and pepper to taste,
2 bunch: Green onions-chopped,
1 cup: Parsley-chopped,
Directions:
Boil first six ingredients until tender: grind and mash then add rice,
salt and pepper, green onions and parsley. Stuff in pork casings.
