Cheese Stuffed Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 lbs: Ground beef,
1 tsp: Oregano,
2: Eggs,
ds Pepper,
1/2 cup: Seasoned bread crumbs,
2 small: Onions, minced
1 cup: Tomato juice,

Directions:
Combine beef, eggs, bread crumbs, tomato juice, salt, oregano, and
pepper. Saute onions in a little vegetable oil until golden brown;
add to meat mixture; mix well. Turn out on a sheet of aluminum foil;
flatten into oblong shape about 1 inch thick. Sprinkle grated cheese
over the meat. Use the foil to fold meat mixture over cheese, closing
all openings. Turn loaf from foil into loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees
for 60 to 75 minutes, depending on degree of rareness desired. Randy
