Chicken Or Turkey Curry^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Thinly sliced celery,
6 tbsp: No salt added tomato paste,
1/2 cup: Finely chopped onion,
4 tsp: Curry powder,
2 centiliter: Garlic, minced
4: Frozen bouillon cubes,
3 tbsp: Chicken stock,

4 tbsp: Cornstarch or arrowroot,
6 cup: Cooked chicken or turkey,
2 cup: Skim milk,
Pieces,
1 cup: Unsweetened applesauce,

Directions:
In a large skilet, saute onion, celery and garlic. Stir in cornstarch,
milk, water, applesauce, tomato paste, curry powder and bouillon
cubes. Cook, stirring, until bubbly and thickened. Add chicken or
turkey and heat through.

Variation: Serve over rice and sprinkle with raisins, chopped green
pepper or chopped hard cooked egg white.
