Chicken With Artichokes ^ Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Butter,
1 package: , (10 oz) frozen artichoke
4: Chicken breast halves,
-hearts, thawed
1 centiliter: Garlic, minced
1 tbsp: Cornstarch mixed with,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Cold water,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1/2 cup: Chicken broth,
3: Eggs, beaten
1/4 cup: White wine,
2 tbsp: Chopped parsley,
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy skillet. Brown chicken, then add garlic; saute
for 3 minutes. Add salt, pepper, chicken broth and wine. Cover and
simmer for 30 minutes. Add artichoke hearts and simmer, covered, for
10 minutes more. 4 servings.
