Chile Sausage Quiche Recipe

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:
1: 10-inch uncooked pie shell,
4: Eggs, lightly beaten
1 can: , (7oz) Ortega Whole Green
2 cup: Light cream,
Chiles,
1/2 cup: Grated parmesan cheese,
1 lbs: Sausage meat --,
1/2 cup: Grated swiss cheese,
Cooked/crumbled,
Salt and pepper to taste,

Directions:
Line bottom of pie shell with split and seeded whole chiles. Sprinkle
sausage meat over chiles. Combine eggs, cream, cheeses and
seasonings; pour over sausage. Bake in pre-heated oven (350 degree)
for 30-40 minutes, or until top is golden brown and quiche is set.
Remove from oven and allow to set for 5 minutes before serving.
