Chili - Vegetarian Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 tbsp: Olive oil,
Undrained,
1 Clove: garlic, finely
16 ounce: Tomatoes, canned --
Chopped,
Undrained,
1 cup: Onion, finely chopped
4 tbsp: Chili powder, or to taste
2/3 cup: Green pepper, finely
1 tbsp: Cider vinegar,
Chopped,
1/4 tsp: Ground allspice,
16 ounce: Kidney beans, canned --
1/4 tsp: Coriander, ground
Undrained,
ds Salt, to taste
16 ounce: Garbanzo beans, canned --
1 tsp: Cumin powder,
Undrained,
1 cup: Frozen corn, optional
16 ounce: Pinto beans, canned --

Directions:
Saute garlic, onion and green pepper in olive oil until soft. Add
the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil, then turn heat down
and simmer slowly for 30 minutes to 45 minutes.

Suggested Wine: Beer is good!

NOTES : Serve with corn bread or corn chips.
