Chocolate 7 Minute Frosting Recipe

Ingredients:
2: Egg whites,
2 ounce: Unsweetened chocolate,
1 1/2 cup: Sugar,
-melted and cooled,
1/3 cup: Water,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1/4 tsp: Cream of tartar,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate in top of double
boiler. Beat with electric mixer at high speed for 1 minutes. Place
over simmering water. Cook 7 minutes, beating constantly at high
speed, until soft glossy peaks form. Remove from hot water. Beat in
1 tsp vanilla. Fold in 2 oz unsweetened chocolate.
