Chutney Cheese Recipe

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients:
1 cup: Grated cheddar cheese,
2: Scallions, minced
3 ounce: Cream cheese,
1/4 tsp: Ground ginger,
1/4 cup: Major Grey chutney,
1/4 tsp: Salt,

Directions:
Process/mince ingredients individually in food processor.

Re-combine all in processor and pulse until mixed to consistency of
your desire.

This recipe can be doubled/tripled in larger food processors, and is
calculated to make a moderate amount of appetizer servings.

Serve with sesame crackers.
