Citrus Bowl Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2: Grapefruits,
1/2 pint: Strawberries, cut in half
2: Oranges,
2 tbsp: Mint, chopped
2: Kiwi, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp: Sugar,
Directions:
Grate the zest from the orange into a small bowl; mix with sugar.
Section and cut up grapefruit and oranges, reserving 1/4 cup juices.
Mix juices into sugared zest. Combine grapefruit, oranges, kiwi,
strawberries and mint. Pour zest mixture over fruit, toss and chill
