Coconut Crunch Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Egg whites,
1/2 cup: Chopped nuts,
1 cup: Sugar,
1 cup: Vanilla wafer crumbs,
1/2 cup: Coconut,
1 tsp: Vanilla,

Directions:
Beat egg whites with a dash of salt, add sugar - beat as if you were
making meringue. Stir in coconut, nuts, vanilla wafer crumbs and
vanilla. Pour in buttered pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45
minutes. Top with whip cream and add sliced bananas on top! Randy Rigg
