Cornish Hens Or Chicken Breasts With Vegies Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Cornish Hen, halved
1 can: Shoepeg Corn,
Or,
Salt & pepper,
2: Chicken breasts,
Butter or margarine,
1 can: Mushrooms, pieces & stems
Aluminium Foil,
1 can: LeSeur Peas,
Directions:
1. Drain and mix mushrooms, peas and corn. 2. Place each half of
cornish hen (or chicken breast) in aluminium foil. 3. Season with
salt, pepper and butter or margarine to taste. 4. Arrange vegatable
mix in hollow of hen/breast. Season to taste.
Seal.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
