Directions:
Two new-to-us varieties of couscous are turning up pn menus across the
country. Both are made from the same processed semolina as Moroccan
couscous amd are toasted and round the Israeli version is the size of
peppercorns; the larger Lebanese couscous, also sold as Mograbeyeh or
Mougjrabiye, is the size of petite peas. Israeli couscous can be
mislabeled as Mograbeyeh, so check the size when buying. Both can be
found at Middle Eastern groceries or mail-ordered from:

1 pk Small Pistachio Instant 1/2 c Chopped nuts
Pudding 1 3/4 c Cool Whip
20 oz Crushed pineapple in syrup Strawberries (optional)
1 c Miniature Marshmallows
Stir pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows and nuts in large bowl
until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping
Refrigerate one hour or until read to serve.
Garnish with additional whipped topping and sliced strawberries. ...
