Creamy Basil Yogurt Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 tsp: Dijon style mustard,
2 tbsp: White wine Vinegar,
3/4 cup: Plain nonfat yogurt,
1 tbsp: Balsamic Vinegar,
Ground pepper,
Clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp: Basil, fresh chopped

Directions:
Mix together the lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, mustard, and pepper.
Add chopped basil. Whip in the yogurt with a hand mixer. Modified
from a recipe for vinaigrette in: Reversing Heart Disease, Dean
Ornish, Random House, 1990
