Creamy Cucumber Artichoke Dressing^ Recipe

1 tsp: Low sodium soy sauce,
Rinsed and chopped,
1/2 cup: Lowfat buttermilk,
1 centiliter: Garlic, minced
1/4 tsp: Dillweed,
2: Green onions, white part
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. store in refrigerator.
