Creamy Garlic Italian Dressing^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Lowfat buttermilk,
1 tsp: Tamari,
1/2 cup: Lowfat cottage cheese,
1 tsp: Cider or wine vinegar,
1 centiliter: Garlic,
1/4 tsp: Oregano,
2: Water packed artichoke,
1/4 tsp: Grated Parmesan,
Hearts, rinsed
1 tsp: Minced fresh parsley,
1/4 small: Onion,
Generous,
2 tsp: Lemon juice,
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except parsley in blender until smooth. Add
parsley. Store in refrigerator up to three days.
