Crunchy Broccoli Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2 bunch: Broccoli,
-almonds or sunflower seeds,
1/2 cup: Celery, chopped
-whole or chopped,
1/2 cup: Raisins,
1/2 cup: Onion, chopped
1/2 lbs: Bacon, crisp and crumbled
8 ounce: Water chestnuts, sliced and
1/2 cup: Nuts, walnuts, peanuts,
-drained,
DRESSING
1 1/4 cup: Mayonaise,
2 tbsp: Vinegar,
2/3 cup: Sugar,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1/4 cup: Vinegar, plus
Directions:
Combine dressing ingredients, set aside. Rinse broccoli well in cold
water and peel stalks. Chop into bite sized pieces. Add remaining
ingredients and mix with dressing. Refrigerate and serve cold.
