Crustless Quiche Lorraine Recipe

Ingredients:
Eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp: Basil,
1 can: 13oz evaporated milk,
1/4 tsp: Marjoram,
1/4 cup: Chopped onion,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Shredded Lorraine cheese,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
1/4 cup: Flour,
Slices bacon, cooked/crumbled
Directions:
In medium mixing bowl, blend eggs, milk, and onion; set aside. In
small bowl, combine cheese, flour and seasonings. Place bacon in
bottom of greased 9-inch pie plate; top with cheese mixture. Pour
egg mixture ove all. Bake in 350F oven 45 to 50 minutes, or until
knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes
