Strawberry Jam With Pectin Recipe

Ingredients:
1 quart: , (950 ml) cleaned
1 each: Package powdered pectin,
-strawberries,
1 tbsp: , (15 ml) lemon juice
3 each: To 4 tsp., (15-20 ml) liquid
Red food coloring as,
-artificial sweetener,
-desired.,
Directions:
Crush strawberries in 1-1/2 quart saucepan. Stir in artificial
sweetener, food coloring, powdered pectin, and lemon juice. Bring to
a boil and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Continue to stir 2
minutes. Pour into freezer containers, cover and freeze. Thaw before
serving. Store in refrigerator after opening. Yield: About 2-2/3
