Strawberry Spinach Toss Recipe

Ingredients:
STRAWBERRY SPINACH TOSS
5 cup: Spinach, torn in bite-size
1/3 cup: Broken pecans, toasted
-pieces,
1/3 cup: Gouda or Edam, cut in
1 cup: Sliced strawberries,
-julienne strips, about 2 oz
1 cup: Honeydew melon balls,
GINGER-HONEY DRESSING
2 tbsp: Lime juice,
1/2 tsp: Grated ginger OR,
2 tbsp: Honey,
1/4 tsp: Ground ginger,
1 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
Directions:
Toss all salad ingredients.
Shake all dressing ingredients in tightly covered container. Yields 5
tablespoons dressing.
