White Trash Soda Cracker Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
12 each: Soda crackers, crumbled
3 each: Egg whites,
1 cup: Brown sugar,
1 cup: Nut meats, chopped, (your
1 tsp: Vanilla extract,
-choice),
12 each: Dates, chopped
Directions:
Beat the egg whites until foamy. Gradually add the sugar and continue
beating until stiff peaks form when beaters are raised out of
mixture. Mix the crushed soda crackers with the dates and nuts, and
gently fold into the beaten egg white mixture. Pour into a greased
pie pan and bake at 350F for about 30 minutes or until brown. Can be
served with ice cream or whipped topping as garnish. Origin: Adapted
